Why the Owner Chose San Pedro?
After traveling around the world i fell in love with the beautiful and active harbor view. Cabrillo beach which is about 2 minutes from the property is a great place for windsurfing which i enjoy very much.

Stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time at the house

Our family of 4 felt right at home in the condo. We had everything we needed at the house and the view was fantastic watching the Port of LA and the cargo ships getting loaded for overseas trips back. The community was very nice, and we were close to the places we wanted to see. Lots of food choices are close by and retails shops. Highways to get around LA are a short drive away and overall we would say our visit was a 10. Home owner was in touch during the planning and vacation period and was very professional to work with. You will like staying at this wonderful home

san pedro at its best

The townhouse is clean, has smart lay out, has everything needed and more and best of all breathtaking scenic vew from the balcony. we had very pleasant, very good stay. san pedro viewed from the townhouse is an eyeopener. the only thing that bothered me was the terrain of the area and walking uphill on one of the streets made me realized and scared of the gravitational pull (first time i had such experience).
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

As promised, this rental had beautiful views of the harbor. Each morning we would go the balcony to see the harbor and be amazed. The unit was spacious with privacy in the different bedrooms well separated from each other. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. We were near all the attractions of southern California with easy and fast access to the freeways and shopping.

Roya was wonderful to work with. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed. We set up a mini Christmas tree and had Christmas morning overlooking the Port of Los Angeles. Walked the kids bikes down the street to Point Fermin park. I will be reserving this place again next time my family is in town and needs a place to stay. SOOOOO much better than a hotel.

My husband, two teenage sons, and I spent a great Thanksgiving week at this lovely townhome. The views overlooking the harbor are spectacular and we enjoyed seeing the big cruise ships come in and out of port. It was fun to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the scenery and views stretching to Catalina island. The owner and the accommodations were very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

I spent a month at this condo this summer and enjoyed every minute. The views from upstairs and downstairs are so relaxing and peaceful. The condo is well equipped with anything you would need to enjoy your visit. A perfect property for two couples as you have complete privacy on each floor. Many things are walkable in the area: parks, beach, restaurants. There are hills so you get a good workout! The owners give you privacy and yet are available when you need them. A nice place to stay while in San Pedro.

We have had a great time in San Pedro close to most of our points of interest. We did appreciate the apartement with its panoramic view and very peaceful surroundings. We loved Palos Verdes with beautiful views on the Pacific and Long Beach was worth a visit. Our special thanks to Roya who is quite responsive to our needs.

We had an amazing first time in California partly due to this amazingly beautiful place! It had everything we needed and we didn't have to worry too much because it was almost like home. I hope to be able to stay here again. This was our first trip to California and we weren't so sure how far San Pedro was from everything. It wasn't bad at all. We had a GPS and found the place without any difficulties. We spent most of our time in Long Beach and LA and for the price and beauty of the place it was all worth it. We would have spent more staying in a hotel. We had our nieces and friend with us and not to mention our then 8 month old daughter. Her first time traveling so far away and she settled right in. Very kid friendly. Roya was awesome. We didn't have to get in contact with her as much but she was friendly and informative when we got there. Thank you again!
